MEET ASHLEIGH

Ashleigh is the team leader and is responsible for client relations and fiercely negotiates every deal. Prior to real estate, Ashleigh worked as a tax accountant for a public accounting firm. Early on, Ashleigh realized she wasn't meant for a life in a cube and decided to enter the real estate world In 2011.

Ashleigh loves real estate and most of her time is spent talking, investing, or selling real estate. Her free time is spent hanging out with family and friends.

MEET CATE

Cate thrives in the fast-paced world of real estate and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge in the industry. As an executive assistant at AVL Homes, she oversees day-to-day operations, keeps the team organized, and ensures steady progress toward shared goals. Cate brings energy, focus, and a passion for helping the business run seamlessly.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, coaching and playing volleyball, and relaxing with a good book.

MEET LESLIE

Leslie is our detail girl and has been with the team since 2017. Once we have accepted an offer on a home, Leslie gets to work. She makes sure that every detail is taken care of prior to closing. Leslie is a valuable asset to our team and we could not get to the closing table without her.

Fun Fact: She lived in Spain for 10 years with her husband who played basketball professionally.

When Leslie isn’t managing real estate transactions, she is busy raising three kids, growing a garden, and helping her husband’s construction business.

MEET LAUREN

Lauren oversees all of AVL Homes design work and social media marketing. Her creativity and vision are a great addition to the team.

Lauren splits her time between Charlotte, NC and Clarkston, MI! She has been with AVL Homes since summer of 2021.
